Special NY Hotel Deal for THE SOIRÉE guests (during GRAMMY® Week)

 

Please note that the following offer only applies to THE SOIRÉE guests . THE SOIRÉE has negotiated super favorable hotel rates for our attendees and partnered up with one of Manhattan’s landmark hotels “The Paramount”. The celebrated high-rise hotel is perfectly located near Time Square, without the loud traffic attached. Negotiated THE SOIRÉE hotel rates start at just $95. Please be aware that included in our special deal is the facility fee ($35) which is being waved for our guests. (This fee otherwise will occur at the hotel check-in when booking hotels through other online vendors or even with the hotel directly). Our partner hotel is only minutes away from our event venue BB King’s (walk or cab) and across the street from the “HAMILTON” musical.

The following special hotel rates are being offered on a first come first basis. The special rates we have been able to negotiate will only be available for limited time. (Once you have your reservation booked and confirmed, credit card payment will not be taken and processed until 72 hours prior to arrival date.)

Broadway Classic (1 full bed): $99.00 per room, per night, plus tax
Superior Queen (1 queen bed): $109.00 per room, per night, plus tax
Deluxe King (1 king bed): $119.00 per room, per night, plus tax
Superior 2 Double Double (2 full beds): $129.00 per room, per night, plus tax *This rate is valid for double, triple, and quad occupancy*

 
Taxes: Currently 14.75% plus $3.50 per room, per night occupancy tax
Porterage: $9.00 per bag, roundtrip.  In addition, should group need to store their bags upon departure, there is a mandatory $2.00 storage fee per bag (mandatory)
Breakfast (not included in rate):
                Option 1: $15.00 per person, per day for American Breakfast Buffet at Paramount Bar & Grill
                Option 2: $5.00 per person, per day for “grab & go” at Corso Coffee

Cancellation policy:

·        Cancelled bookings prior to 72 hours to date of arrival, penalty free
·        Cancelled within 72-hour window, 1-night room & tax penalty

Reservation deadline: 30 days prior to arrival (12/22/2017)
Reservation deposit: None, this is individual-pay-own basis. However, a credit card will be required at the time of booking
Minimum length of stay: None.
